Returns Policy

All our products are made to order. We do not carry stock or inventory.

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, please contact customer service by email within 14 days

Order change or cancellation

Lacosc only allow order changes within 12 hours of payment. Please contact us via our email: for any changes. If you purchased and received the wrong size or product, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to provide you with a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of your order. Please note that the following rules must apply to the product you wish to return:

  • Provide us with your proof of purchase
  • Items must be in original condition (including packaging)
  • Gift card usage cannot be refunded or exchanged
  • Note that all required images must be sent. Otherwise we cannot offer returns/exchanges.

You can provide us with the required pictures as follows:

  • Image of shipping label
  • Image of product SKU
  • Product pictures and defects you find (material defects, different designs, different sizes)


Your refund amount includes the amount you paid for your order, minus the following amounts (if any):

  • Handling fee
  • Flat rate shipping (if item shipped)

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the specified number of days.

A full refund cannot be made in the following cases:

  • Your order has not been delivered due to factors within your control (such as providing an incorrect shipping address).
  • Your order has not been delivered due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (eg, failure to clear customs, delays due to natural disasters). Special Return Notice: Do not return your product without first contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with specific return instructions.


If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued. If you have done all of this and have not received your refund, please contact us at
