Q: When will my order be billed?
A: After the order is placed, the fee will be charged to your credit or debit card account.
Q: Why are there pending charges on my account even though my order has not been processed?
A: We apologize if you have trouble placing your order! Every time you click the submit button, your account will be authorized even if the order is unsuccessful. These authorizations are usually removed from your debit or credit card within 3-5 business days (PayPal within 30 days).
In most cases, these errors occur because the billing address does not match the address on the credit card used. We encourage you to confirm that your billing address and payment method with the financial institution are up to date.
Q: Where can I get discount codes and coupons?
A: Our products are often discounted. Whenever we have a new promotion planned, we will post it in the header of our homepage.
Q: Can I get more discounts?
A: Thank you for your interest in our products. Our store has fixed discounts and coupons that you can use if you qualify. We cannot offer any further discounts as the prices we have listed have already been calculated and have left a limited profit. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Q: What is your processing time?
A: Because our products are customized, it takes 5-7 working days to process.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: In general, we need to arrange your package within 1-3 days of the processing time, no more than 5 days. If it is a rush order, please indicate it when placing the order or contact our customer service so that we can meet your needs.
Q: When will the package arrive?
A: Packages are usually delivered within 7-20 working days, excluding holidays and weekends.
Q: Why do Russian customers need to enter passport information?
A: When you place an order, the local Russian customs will ask you to provide your passport information. Rest assured that your information is never shared with third parties, and you can provide Lacosc with information safely.
Q: Logistics delays in Brazil, Mexico and Chile.
A: When your package arrives in your country, we would like you to give it a little more time as the postal systems in Brazil, Mexico and Chile are usually slow. If you have not received it after two weeks, please contact our customer service.
Q: I am not satisfied with the item.
A: Refund or return as you wish! If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact our customer service. We can discuss to solve the problem and give you a satisfactory answer.
Q: How long is the return period?
A: The product can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery, and the refund can be made once the returned package is confirmed.
